13. ஒருவன் சுத்தமுள்ளவனுமாய்ப் பிரயாணம் போகாதவனுமாயிருந்தும், பஸ்காவை ஆசரிக்காதேபோனால், அந்த ஆத்துமா குறித்த காலத்தில் கர்த்தரின் பலியைச் செலுத்தாதபடியினால் தன் ஜனத்தாரில் இராமல் அறுப்புண்டுபோவான்; அந்த மனிதன் தன் பாவத்தைச் சுமப்பான்.
