16. కుమారుల దోషమునుబట్టి తండ్రులకు మరణశిక్ష విధింపకూడదు, తండ్రుల దోషమునుబట్టి కుమారులకు మరణశిక్ష విధింపకూడదు. ఎవనిపాపము నిమిత్తమువాడే మరణశిక్ష నొందును.
