28. పూరీము అను ఈ దినములను యూదులు ఆచరింపకయు, తమ సంతతివారు వాటిని జ్ఞాపకముంచుకొనకయు మానకుండునట్లు నిర్ణయించుకొని, ఆ సంగతిని మరచి పోకుండునట్లు, తమమీదను, తమ సంతతివారిమీదను, తమతో కలిసికొనిన వారిమీదను ఇది యొక బాధ్యతగా ఉండునని ఒప్పుకొనిరి.
