29. చూడుడి నిశ్చయముగా యెహోవా ఈ విశ్రాంతిదినమును ఆచరించుటకు సెలవిచ్చెను గనుక ఆరవ దినమున రెండు దినముల ఆహా రము మీ కనుగ్రహించుచున్నాడు. ప్రతివాడును తన తన చోట నిలిచి యుండవలెను. ఏడవ దినమున ఎవడును తన చోటనుండి బయలు వెళ్లకూడదనెను.
