9. ప్రతి విధమైన ద్రోహమును గూర్చి, అనగా ఎద్దునుగూర్చి గాడిదనుగూర్చి గొఱ్ఱను గూర్చి బట్టనుగూర్చి పోయినదాని నొకడు చూచి యిది నాదని చెప్పిన దానిగూర్చి ఆ యిద్దరి వ్యాజ్యెము దేవుని యొద్దకు తేబడవలెను. దేవుడు ఎవనిమీద నేరము స్థాపిం చునో వాడు తన పొరుగువానికి రెండంతలు అచ్చుకొన వలెను.
