26. ​నీ దేవుని ధర్మశాస్త్రముగాని, రాజుయొక్క చట్టము గాని, గైకొననివాడెవడో త్వరగా విచారణచేసి, మరణ శిక్షయైనను స్వదేశత్యాగమైనను ఆస్తి జప్తియైనను ఖైదునైనను వానికి విధింపవలెను.
