19. ఆలాగైతే ధర్మశాస్త్ర మెందుకు? ఎవనికి ఆ వాగ్దా నము చేయబడెనో ఆ సంతానము వచ్చువరకు అది అతి క్రమములనుబట్టి దానికి తరువాత ఇయ్యబడెను; అది మధ్యవర్తిచేత దేవదూతల ద్వారా నియమింపబడెను.
