27. ధర్మ శాస్త్రము బలహీనతగల మనుష్యులను యాజకులనుగా నియమించును గాని ధర్మశాస్త్రమునకు తరువాత వచ్చిన ప్రమాణపూర్వకమైన వాక్యము నిరంతరమును సంపూర్ణ సిద్ధిపొందిన కుమారుని నియమించెను గనుక,
