9. ఈ పట్టణములో నిలుచువారు కత్తివలన గాని క్షామమువలనగాని తెగులువలనగాని చచ్చెదరు, మేలుచేయుటకుకాదు కీడుచేయుటకే నేను ఈ పట్టణ మునకు అభిముఖుడనైతిని గనుక బయటకు వెళ్లి మిమ్మును ముట్టడి వేయుచున్న కల్దీయులకు లోబడువారు బ్రదుకు దురు; దోపుడుసొమ్ము దక్కినట్లుగా వారి ప్రాణము వారికి దక్కును.
