18. ఇదియుగాక మొదటి దినము మొదలుకొని కడదినమువరకు అను దినము ఎజ్రా దేవుని ధర్మశాస్త్ర గ్రంథమును చదివి విని పించుచు వచ్చెను. వారు ఈ ఉత్సవమును ఏడు దిన ములవరకు ఆచరించిన తరువాత విధిచొప్పున ఎనిమిదవ దినమున వారు పరిశుద్ధ సంఘముగా కూడుకొనిరి.
