3. కాబట్టి భర్త బ్రదికియుండగా ఆమె వేరొక పురుషుని చేరినయెడల వ్యభిచారిణియన బడును గాని, భర్తచనిపోయినయెడల ఆమె ధర్మశాస్త్రము నుండి విడుదల పొందెను గనుక వేరొక పురుషుని వివా హము చేసికొనినను వ్యభిచారిణి కాకపోవును.
