16. ఏలయనగా దేశమందు నేనొక కాపరిని నియమింపబోవు చున్నాను; అతడు నశించుచున్న గొఱ్ఱలను కనిపెట్టడు, చెదరిపోయినవాటిని వెదకడు, విరిగిపోయినదాని బాగు చేయడు, పుష్టిగా ఉన్నదాని కాపుకాయడు గాని క్రొవ్వినవాటి మాంసమును భక్షించుచు వాటి డెక్కలను తుత్తునియలగా చేయుచుండును.
