21. ดูเถิด มีเวรปุโรหิตและคนเลวี จะอยู่กับเจ้าสำหรับงานปรนนิบัติทุกอย่างแห่งพระนิเวศของพระเจ้า ในการนี้ทั้งสิ้นจะมีคนอยู่กับเจ้า คือทุกคนที่เต็มใจ และเป็นผู้มีฝีมือในงานปรนนิบัติทุกอย่าง ทั้งประมุขและประชาชนทั้งปวงจะอยู่ในบังคับบัญชาของเจ้าทั้งสิ้น"
