22. เหตุฉะนั้นการพูดภาษาแปลกๆจึงไม่เป็นหมายสำคัญแก่คนที่เชื่อ แต่เป็นหมายสำคัญแก่คนที่ไม่เชื่อ แต่การพยากรณ์นั้นไม่ใช่สำหรับคนที่ไม่เชื่อ แต่สำหรับคนที่เชื่อแล้ว
