10. พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านทรงพระชนม์อยู่แน่ฉันใด ไม่มีประชาชาติหรือราชอาณาจักรใด ที่เจ้านายของข้าพเจ้ามิได้ส่งคนไปเสาะหาท่าน และเมื่อเขาทั้งหลายกราบทูลว่า `เขาไม่อยู่ที่นี่ พระเจ้าข้า' พระองค์ก็ให้ประชาชาติหรือราชอาณาจักรปฏิญาณว่าเขาทั้งหลายมิได้พบท่าน
