36. และอยู่มาเมื่อถึงเวลาถวายบูชาตอนเย็น เอลียาห์ผู้พยากรณ์ก็เข้ามาใกล้ทูลว่า "ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าแห่งอับราฮัม อิสอัคและอิสราเอล ขอให้ทราบเสียทั่วกันในวันนี้ว่า พระองค์คือพระเจ้าในอิสราเอล และข้าพระองค์เป็นผู้รับใช้ของพระองค์ และข้าพระองค์ได้กระทำบรรดาสิ่งเหล่านี้ตามพระดำรัสของพระองค์
