23. และทูลว่า "ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าแห่งอิสราเอล ไม่มีพระเจ้าองค์ใดเหมือนพระองค์ ในฟ้าสวรรค์เบื้องบน หรือที่แผ่นดินเบื้องล่าง ผู้ทรงรักษาพันธสัญญา และทรงสำแดงความเมตตาแก่ผู้รับใช้ของพระองค์ ซึ่งดำเนินอยู่ต่อพระพักตร์พระองค์ด้วยสิ้นสุดใจของเขา
