49. และดาวิดเอามือล้วงเข้าไปในย่ามหยิบหินก้อนหนึ่งออกมา แล้วเหวี่ยงหินก้อนนั้นด้วยสายสลิง ถูกคนฟีลิสเตียคนนั้นที่หน้าผาก ก้อนหินจมเข้าไปในหน้าผาก เขาก็ล้มหน้าคว่ำลงที่ดิน
