8. พระองค์ทรงยกคนยากจนขึ้นจากผงคลี พระองค์ทรงยกคนขอทานขึ้นจากกองขยะ กระทำให้เขานั่งร่วมกับเจ้านาย และได้ที่นั่งอันมีเกียรติเป็นมรดก เพราะว่าเสาแห่งพิภพเป็นของพระเยโฮวาห์ พระองค์ทรงวางพิภพไว้บนนั้น
