9. เพราะว่าพระเนตรของพระเยโฮวาห์ไปมาอยู่เหนือแผ่นดินโลกทั้งสิ้น เพื่อสำแดงฤทธานุภาพของพระองค์โดยเห็นแก่ผู้เหล่านั้นที่มีใจจริงต่อพระองค์ ในเรื่องนี้ท่านได้กระทำการอย่างโง่เขลา เพราะตั้งแต่นี้ไปท่านจะมีการศึกสงคราม"
