12. หุรามตรัสอีกว่า "สาธุการแด่พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าแห่งอิสราเอล ผู้ทรงสร้างฟ้าสวรรค์และแผ่นดินโลก ผู้ได้ประทานโอรสที่ฉลาดคนหนึ่งแก่ดาวิดกอปรด้วยความเฉลียวฉลาดและความเข้าใจ ผู้ซึ่งจะสร้างพระนิเวศถวายพระเยโฮวาห์ และสร้างพระราชวังเพื่อราชอาณาจักรของพระองค์
