27. และอาหัสก็ล่วงหลับไปอยู่กับบรรพบุรุษของพระองค์ เขาก็ฝังพระศพไว้ในกรุง คือในเยรูซาเล็ม แต่เขามิได้นำพระศพไปไว้ในอุโมงค์ของกษัตริย์แห่งอิสราเอล และเฮเซคียาห์โอรสของพระองค์ได้ครอบครองแทนพระองค์
