14. ภายหลังพระองค์ทรงสร้างกำแพงชั้นนอกให้นครดาวิดทางตะวันตกของกีโฮนในหุบเขาไปจนถึงทางเข้าประตูปลา แล้ววงรอบตำบลโอเฟล และก่อขึ้นให้สูงมาก และพระองค์ทรงตั้งผู้บังคับบัญชากองทัพให้อยู่ในหัวเมืองมีป้อมในยูดาห์ทั้งสิ้น
