10. เหตุฉะนั้นข้าพเจ้าจึงเขียนข้อความนี้เมื่อข้าพเจ้าไม่อยู่ ด้วยเพื่อเมื่อข้าพเจ้ามาแล้ว จะได้ไม่ต้องกวดขันท่านโดยใช้อำนาจ ซึ่งองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าทรงโปรดประทานให้แก่ข้าพเจ้า เพื่อการก่อขึ้นมิใช่เพื่อการทำลายลง
