10. และข้าพเจ้าจะออกความเห็นในเรื่องนี้ เพราะจะเป็นประโยชน์แก่ท่าน เรื่องที่ท่านได้ตั้งต้นเมื่อปีกลายนี้ และมิใช่ตั้งต้นจะกระทำเท่านั้น แต่ว่ามีน้ำใจจะกระทำด้วยนั้น
