13. พระเยโฮวาห์ยังทรงตักเตือนอิสราเอลและยูดาห์โดยผู้พยากรณ์ทุกคนและโดยผู้ทำนายทุกคนว่า "จงหันกลับจากทางชั่วร้ายทั้งหลายของเจ้า และรักษาบัญญัติของเราและกฎเกณฑ์ของเรา ตามราชบัญญัติทุกข้อซึ่งเราได้บัญชาแก่บรรพบุรุษของเจ้า และซึ่งเราได้ส่งมายังเจ้าโดยผู้พยากรณ์ผู้รับใช้ของเรา"
