12. กษัตริย์ก็ทรงตื่นบรรทมในกลางคืน และตรัสกับข้าราชการว่า "เราจะบอกให้ว่าคนซีเรียเตรียมสู้รบเราอย่างไร เขาทั้งหลายรู้อยู่ว่าเราหิว เขาจึงออกไปซ่อนตัวอยู่นอกค่ายที่กลางทุ่งคิดว่า `เมื่อเขาออกมาจากในเมืองเราจะจับเขาทั้งเป็น แล้วจะเข้าไปในเมือง'"
