11. นางก็กราบทูลว่า "ข้าแต่พระองค์ ขอกษัตริย์ทรงระลึกถึงพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของพระองค์ เพื่อผู้อาฆาตโลหิตจะไม่กระทำการฆ่าอีกต่อไป เกรงว่าพวกเขาจะได้ทำลายบุตรชายของหม่อมฉัน" พระองค์ตรัสว่า "พระเยโฮวาห์ทรงพระชนม์อยู่แน่ฉันใด เส้นผมของบุตรชายของเจ้าสักเส้นเดียวจะไม่ตกลงถึงดิน"
