14. ดาวิดจึงตรัสกับกาดว่า "เรามีความกระวนกระวายมาก ขอให้เราทั้งหลายตกเข้าไปอยู่ในพระหัตถ์ของพระเยโฮวาห์ เพราะพระกรุณาคุณของพระองค์ใหญ่ยิ่งนัก แต่ขออย่าให้เราตกเข้าไปในมือของมนุษย์เลย"
