6. แต่เมื่อพวกเหล่านั้นขัดขวางตัวเองและกล่าวคำหมิ่นประมาท เปาโลจึงได้สะบัดเสื้อผ้ากล่าวแก่เขาว่า "ให้เลือดของท่านทั้งหลายตกบนศีรษะของท่านเองเถิด ข้าพเจ้าก็ปราศจากเลือดนั้นแล้ว ตั้งแต่นี้ไปข้าพเจ้าจะไปหาคนต่างชาติ"
