24. เขาจะยกมาอย่างสงบในส่วนของประเทศที่อุดมที่สุด และเขาจะกระทำสิ่งที่ปู่ทวดหรือบรรพบุรุษของเขาไม่กระทำ เขาจะเอาทรัพย์ที่ปล้นมา ของที่ริบมาได้ และทรัพย์สมบัติมาแจกกัน เขาจะออกอุบายต่อสู้กบที่กำบังเข้มแข็ง แต่ก็ชั่วเวลาหนึ่งเท่านั้น
