25. เพราะฉะนั้นจงทราบและเข้าใจว่า นับตั้งแต่การที่พระบัญชานั้นออกไปให้สร้างกรุงเยรูซาเล็มขึ้นใหม่ จนถึงสมัยพระเมสสิยาห์ ผู้เป็นประมุขก็เป็นเวลาเจ็ดสัปดาห์และเป็นเวลาหกสิบสองสัปดาห์ และถนนจะถูกสร้างขึ้นพร้อมด้วยกำแพงเมือง แต่ในยุคลำบาก
