5. แต่ผู้พยากรณ์หรือผู้ฝันเห็นเหตุการณ์คนนั้นต้องมีโทษถึงตาย เพราะว่าเขาได้สั่งสอนให้กบฏต่อพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่าน ผู้ทรงนำท่านออกจากแผ่นดินอียิปต์ และทรงไถ่ท่านออกจากเรือนทาส เขากระทำให้ท่านทิ้งหนทางซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านบัญชาให้ท่านดำเนินตามเสีย ดังนั้นแหละท่านจะต้องล้างความชั่วเช่นนี้จากท่ามกลางท่าน
