8. ถ้าคดีใดเกิดขึ้นเป็นเรื่องยากที่จะตัดสินได้ว่า เป็นคดีฆ่าคนตายโดยเจตนาหรือไม่ เป็นคดีเกี่ยวด้วยการเกี่ยงกรรมสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์ เป็นคดีทำร้ายร่างกาย เป็นคดีใดๆซึ่งโต้แย้งกันภายในประตูเมืองของท่าน ท่านจงลุกขึ้นพากันไปยังสถานที่ซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านทรงเลือกไว้
