5. ถ้าพี่น้องอยู่ด้วยกัน และคนหนึ่งตายเสียหามีบุตรไม่ ภรรยาของผู้ที่ตายนั้นจะออกไปเป็นภรรยาของคนนอกไม่ได้ ให้พี่น้องของสามีนางเข้าไปหานางและรับหญิงนั้นมาเป็นภรรยา และทำหน้าที่ของสามีแก่นาง
