42. เพื่อผู้ใดที่ฆ่าคนจะได้หลบหนีไปอยู่ที่นั่น คือผู้ที่ฆ่าเพื่อนบ้านโดยมิได้เจตนา โดยมิได้เกลียดชังเขาแต่ก่อน และเมื่อหนีไปอยู่ในเมืองนี้เมืองใดเมืองหนึ่งก็จะรอดชีวิต
