17. กษัตริย์ทรงรักเอสเธอร์ยิ่งกว่าบรรดาหญิงทั้งปวงนั้น และเธอได้รับพระกรุณาและความโปรดปรานในสายพระเนตรของพระองค์มากกว่าหญิงพรหมจารีทั้งสิ้น พระองค์จึงทรงสวมพระมงกุฎบนศีรษะของเธอ และทรงตั้งเธอให้เป็นพระราชินีแทนวัชที
