3. และขอกษัตริย์ทรงแต่งตั้งเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกมณฑลแห่งราชอาณาจักรของพระองค์ เพื่อให้คนเหล่านี้รวบรวมหญิงสาวพรหมจารีงดงามทั้งหลายมายังฮาเร็มในสุสาปราสาท ให้อยู่ในอารักขาของเฮกัยข้าราชบริพารในพระราชสำนักของกษัตริย์ ผู้ดูแลสตรี และขอประทานเครื่องชำระล้างและประเทืองผิวสำหรับหญิงเหล่านั้น
