19. ถ้าผู้ที่ถูกเจ็บนั้นลุกขึ้น ถือไม้เท้าเดินออกไปได้อีก ผู้ตีนั้นก็พ้นโทษ แต่เขาจะต้องเสียค่าป่วยการ และค่ารักษาบาดแผลจนหายเป็นปกติ
