8. ถ้าหญิงนั้นไม่เป็นที่พอใจของนายที่รับเธอไว้เป็นภรรยา ต้องยอมให้คนอื่นไถ่เธอไป แต่ไม่มีสิทธิ์จะขายหญิงนั้นให้แก่ชาวต่างประเทศ เพราะมิได้สัตย์ซื่อต่อหญิงนั้นแล้ว
