11. ต้องให้ผู้รับฝากนั้นปฏิญาณตัวต่อเพื่อนบ้านต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์เพื่อดูว่า มือของเขาลักของของเพื่อนบ้านนั้นจริงหรือไม่ แล้วเจ้าของนั้นจะต้องยินยอม ผู้รับฝากนั้นไม่ต้องให้ค่าชดใช้
