19. พระองค์จึงตรัสตอบว่า "เราจะให้คุณความดีของเราประจักษ์แจ้งต่อหน้าเจ้า และเราจะประกาศนามของเราคือ เยโฮวาห์ ให้ประจักษ์ต่อหน้าเจ้า เราประสงค์จะโปรดปรานผู้ใด เราก็จะโปรดปรานผู้นั้น และเราประสงค์จะเมตตาแก่ผู้ใด เราก็จะเมตตาผู้นั้น"
