23. เพราะฉะนั้นจงบอกเขาว่า `องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสดังนี้ว่า เราจะให้สุภาษิตบทนี้สิ้นสุดเสียที เขาจะไม่ใช้เป็นสุภาษิตอีกในอิสราเอล แต่จงกล่าวแก่เขาว่า วันนั้นก็ใกล้แค่คืบ และนิมิตทุกเรื่องก็จะสำเร็จ
