19. เจ้าจะกระทำให้เรามัวหมองท่ามกลางประชาชนของเรา ด้วยเห็นแก่ข้าวบารลีเพียงหลายเป็นกำมือ และขนมปังเพียงหลายชิ้น เพื่อสังหารคนที่ไม่สมควรจะตาย และไว้ชีวิตคนที่ไม่ควรจะมีชีวิตอยู่ โดยการมุสาของเจ้าต่อประชาชนของเราที่ฟังคำมุสานั้น
