12. และเราจะกระทำให้แผ่นดินอียิปต์เป็นที่รกร้างท่ามกลางประเทศทั้งหลายที่รกร้างนั้น และหัวเมืองของมันจะรกร้างอยู่สี่สิบปีท่ามกลางหัวเมืองทั้งหลายที่ถูกทิ้งไว้เสียเปล่า เราจะให้คนอียิปต์กระจัดกระจายไปท่ามกลางประชาชาติ และจะกระจายเขาไปตามประเทศต่างๆ
