12. และเราจะกระทำให้แม่น้ำทั้งหลายแห้งไป เราจะขายแผ่นดินนั้นไว้ในมือของคนชั่ว เราจะกระทำให้แผ่นดินและสารพัดที่อยู่บนแผ่นดินกั้นร้างเปล่าโดยมือของคนต่างด้าว เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์ได้ลั่นวาจาแล้ว
