17. แต่ถ้าท่านนำเอาส่วนหนึ่งของมรดกของท่านมามอบให้คนใช้ของท่านคนหนึ่งเป็นของขวัญ ของนั้นจะเป็นของคนใช้นั้นจนถึงปีอิสรภาพ แล้วของนั้นจะกลับมาเป็นของเจ้านาย เฉพาะบุตรชายของท่านเท่านั้นที่จะเก็บส่วนมรดกของท่านมาเป็นของขวัญได้
