11. องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสดังนี้ว่า "จงตบมือและกระทืบเท้าของเจ้า และกล่าวว่า อนิจจาสำหรับการกระทำอันน่าสะอิดสะเอียนทั้งสิ้นแห่งวงศ์วานอิสราเอล เหตุว่าเขาทั้งหลายจะล้มลงด้วยดาบ ด้วยการกันดารอาหารและด้วยโรคระบาด
