4. และพระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับเขาว่า "จงผ่านไปท่ามกลางนครนั้นให้ตลอด คือตลอดท่ามกลางกรุงเยรูซาเล็ม และทำเครื่องหมายไว้บนหน้าผากของประชาชนที่ถอนหายใจ และร่ำไห้เพราะสิ่งที่น่าสะอิดสะเอียนทั้งสิ้นที่กระทำกันท่ามกลางนครนั้น"
