12. บัดนี้ขอกษัตริย์ทรงทราบว่า พวกยิวซึ่งมาจากพระองค์มาหาข้าพระองค์นั้นได้ไปยังเยรูซาเล็ม เขากำลังก่อสร้างเมืองที่มักกบฏและชั่วร้ายขึ้นใหม่ เขากำลังจะทำกำแพงเมืองเสร็จและซ่อมแซมรากฐาน
